The shopper's time zone ("Europe/Helsinki"), sent along when they sign in, register or start
a chat so the shop's emails and staff show times in the shopper's own clock. The API only
stores it when the customer has none yet.
Browser only: during server-side rendering Intl reports the server's zone (usually UTC),
which would be wrong for every customer, so nothing is sent there.
