      False for stores that only accept claims, never plain returns.

    • attachments: ReturnAttachmentSettings

      Whether the customer may attach photos, and on which case types.

    • claimReasonCodes: { code: string; label: string }[]
    • claimTerms: ReturnClaimTerms

      Terms the customer must accept before filing a claim.

    • customerMessage: string
    • offerRefund: boolean

      False for B2B stores that never refund to the original payment method.
